Elderly people are vulnerable to nutritional problems due to declining physiological function and dietary changes with age. This community service activity aimed to improve elderly knowledge of balanced nutrition, detect nutritional status early through anthropometric measurement and Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) screening, and enhance fitness and active participation. The activity was conducted on 11 July 2026 at Pondok Lansia GKMI Kudus with 11 elderly participants, through balanced-nutrition counseling, anthropometric measurement (weight, height, MUAC), MNA screening, elderly exercise, educational games, and a doorprize distribution. Results showed an average weight of 62 kg and height of 153.6 cm, with 91% of participants having normal status, while 9% were at risk of malnutrition. This rate was relatively low compared to other institutional elderly studies (37.5–60%), suggesting adequate nutritional care. Participants showed high enthusiasm throughout. The activity ran smoothly and effectively increased elderly nutrition knowledge, though individual monitoring remains necessary for those at risk of malnutrition.
