THE EFFECT OF STRENGTHENING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRIDHARMA PERGURUAN TINGGI ON THE SINTA SCORES OF LECTURERS

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Strengthening the Implementation of Tridharma of Higher Education program on lecturers' SINTA scores, and compare its effectiveness at STAI Al Hamidiyah and STKIP-PGRI Sampang. The SINTA score is an indicator of national research accountability that is important for lecturers' careers and institutional accreditation. This study uses the Wilcoxon test to compare the Sinta Score before and after strengthening the implementation of Tridharma of Higher Education. The results show that there is no effect of strengthening the implementation of Tridharma of Higher Education on lecturers' Sinta scores at STAI Al Hamidiyah Bangkalan because the significant value obtained is 0.068 which is greater than 0.05 while different results for STKIP-PGRI Sampang which indicate an effect of strengthening the implementation of Tridharma of Higher Education on lecturers' Sinta scores. The difference in results between these two universities could be caused by differences in institutional characteristics and academic readiness of each.
