This study aims to analyze the effects of financial technology payments and financial literacy on university students' financial management behavior in Denpasar City, while also examining the moderating role of self-control. This study employed a quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 university students in Denpasar City selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that financial technology payments have no significant effect on financial management behavior, whereas financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Furthermore, the moderation analysis reveals that self-control positively and significantly moderates the relationship between financial technology payments and financial management behavior, as well as the relationship between financial literacy and financial management behavior. This study implies that improving students' financial management behavior requires not only strengthening financial literacy and encouraging the prudent use of digital payment technology but also enhancing self-control as a key factor in supporting responsible financial decision-making.
