The Cooperative of Pondok Pesantren Al Habib Sholeh Bin Alwi Al Haddad still records sales transactions as well as income and expenses manually, making the process prone to recording errors, time-consuming, and difficult for cooperative administrators to monitor financial conditions accurately and in a timely manner. This research aims to design a Mobile-based Point of Sale and Financial Reporting system for the Cooperative of Pondok Pesantren Al Habib Sholeh Bin Alwi Al Haddad. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, carried out up to the design stage, with system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML) consisting of a Flowchart, Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, and Activity Diagram, as well as user interface design using the Figma application. The system design covers sales transaction modules, product data management, income and expense recording, sales reports, financial reports, and user management, with access rights divided into two roles, namely Admin and Cashier. The system design was tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method with Likert scale calculation involving two respondents, namely the Admin and the Cashier. The test results show a feasibility percentage of 77.5%, which falls into the "Feasible" category. Therefore, this Point of Sale and Financial Reporting system design is considered feasible to be further developed into a Mobile-based application in order to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of the cooperative's financial management.
