Conventional boarding house information management faces various challenges, ranging from inefficient room-search processes and inaccurate tenant data to limited integration among subsystems. This study aims to design an enterprise architecture for a web-based Boarding House Information System (SIKOST) using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) approach. The design process was conducted through four main phases of TOGAF ADM: Architecture Vision (Phase A), Business Architecture (Phase B), Information Systems Architecture (Phase C), and Technology Architecture (Phase D). The research employed a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods with a literature review. The results produced a comprehensive SIKOST enterprise architecture blueprint, consisting of a business architecture with 12 main processes, a data architecture with 15 entities, an application architecture with 4 functional domains, and a technology architecture based on Laravel and MySQL. Validation using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 30 respondents resulted in a satisfaction score of 86.4%, which falls into the very good category.
