<![CDATA[The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides opportunities for teachers to develop more creative, interactive, and relevant learning media in the digital era. However, the utilization of AI in developing learning media has not yet been optimal, particularly in terms of technological understanding, practical skills, and integration with innovative learning approaches. This community service program aimed to improve teachers' competence in utilizing AI to develop learning media and integrate it with the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) approach. The program was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Takalar and involved 22 teachers. The implementation consisted of five stages: socialization and needs identification, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The results showed that teachers' understanding and ability to utilize AI to support learning reached 85%, while practical experience in developing AI-based learning media integrated with the STEAM approach reached 76%. The program positively contributed to improving teachers' digital competence, creativity, productivity, and independence in developing technology-based learning innovations.]]>
