A quantitative cross-sectional survey design was employed involving 100 young lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.
