Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning holds strategic potential in strengthening students’ character, particularly in areas such as sportivism and discipline, through direct learning experiences. However, the optimization of this potential largely depends on learning management as part of the school’s micro-policy. This study aims to analyze PJOK learning management as an instrument of school micro-policy in enhancing students’ sportivism and discipline at SMA Negeri 7 Bandung. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects included the principal, PJOK teachers, and purposively selected students. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document studies, and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing using source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that PJOK learning management effectively functions as a school micro-policy instrument by integrating values of sportivism and discipline in the planning, experiential implementation, and evaluation stages. Support from school policies and teachers’ exemplary behavior reinforces students' internalization of character. The study concludes that systematically managed PJOK learning, supported by school micro-policy, plays a crucial role in strengthening students’ sportivism and discipline.
