Educational financing management is a strategic component in ensuring the sustainability and quality of Islamic educational institutions, particularly Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Effective financial governance enables institutions to allocate resources efficiently, maintain accountability, and support continuous educational improvement. This study aims to analyze the financing management implemented at Pondok Pesantren Alam Tahfidz Hamalatul Qur'an Manonjaya, Tasikmalaya. The research employed a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the pesantren applies financing management through three interconnected stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Financial resources originate from the foundation, government grants, and students’ educational contributions. Budget planning is conducted through institutional proposals and annual activity planning, while financial implementation emphasizes transparency through systematic recording by the treasurer. Evaluation is carried out periodically to ensure accountability and the effectiveness of budget utilization. The study concludes that transparent and accountable financing management contributes significantly to maintaining educational quality and supporting the institutional sustainability of the pesantren.
