This study is motivated by economic conditions that have led women in Dusun Siluman A, Tebinglinggahara Village, Labuhanbatu Regency, to work as palm fruit (brondolan) collectors to support their families. Amidst uncertain income, these women are required to develop survival strategies while upholding religious values in their daily lives. This study aims to analyze the survival strategies employed by female brondolan collectors and the implementation of religious values in their roles as breadwinners. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, passive participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that female brondolan collectors employ active, passive, and networking strategies to cope with economic hardship. In fulfilling their roles as breadwinners, these women continue to uphold religious values by adjusting their work schedules to accommodate prayer obligations, viewing their work as a form of sincere effort (ikhtiar), and instilling values of patience, gratitude, sincerity, and responsibility in their children. This study concludes that female brondolan collectors play a crucial role in sustaining their families' economic well-being without compromising the religious values that guide their daily lives.
