This community service program discusses the development of a superior village product through the integration of fisheries potential, food-based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and natural tourism destinations in Lengkong Kulon Village, Sindangwangi Sub-district, Majalengka Regency, West Java. The main product developed is tilapia fish cracker (kerupuk ikan nila), designed to be marketed at the Curug Kiara Danu and Talaga Herang natural tourism sites. The program used a participatory approach consisting of field observation, socialization, production training, packaging and branding assistance, and pilot marketing at the tourism sites, followed by a simple SWOT and feasibility analysis. The results show that the product received a positive response from visitors, increased the added value of local tilapia fish, and opened new economic opportunities for the village MSMEs. This program is expected to serve as a model for integrating natural resource potential, community economic empowerment, and tourism-based marketing in rural areas.
