ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pembelajaran Tari Tradisional Aceh Pada Sanggar di Kota Banda Aceh”. Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh pada sanggar di Kota Banda Aceh, dan kendala-kendala apa saja yang dialami dalam pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh pada sanggar di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh pada sanggar di Kota Banda Aceh, dan untuk mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dialami dalam pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh pada sanggar di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Lokasi yang digunakan yaitu lima sanggar yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sanggar yang mengikuti pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh yaitu sanggar Budaya Aceh Nusantara, sanggar Geunta Nanggroe, sanggar Putroe Phang, sanggar Radat, dan sanggar Seulaweut. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh pada sanggar di Kota Banda Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik. Walaupun diantaranya masih ada sanggar yang belum menggunakan komponen pembelajaran dengan sepenuhnya. Namun, dengan adanya usaha pelatih dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penari, maka kelima sanggar ini menerapkan beberapa tahapan kegiatan pembelajaran diantaranya dengan melakukan (1) kegiatan pra instruksional, (2) kegiatan instruksional, serta (3) kegiatan evaluasi/tindak lanjut. Pembelajaran tari tradisional Aceh ini juga terdapat kendala. Adapun kendala yang dialami ketika pembelajaran yaitu dari faktor (1) pelatih, (2) penari, dan (3) tempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruhdari strategi bisnis dan kinerja keuangan (return on equity) terhadap incomesmoothing. Strategi bisnis yang digunakan mengacu pada tipologi Miles danSnow (1978) dan mengklasifikasikan sampel kedalam dua jenis strategi bisnisyaitu prospector dan defender. Perusahaan dengan strategi prospector memilikikecenderungan melakukan perataan laba untuk mempertahankan dan menjagareputasi di mata investor sebagai perusahaan yang stabil. Selanjutnya ditelitiapakah kepemilikan manajerial mampu melemahkan pengaruh manajemen laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 sampai 2017. Pemilihan sampel denganmenggunakan metode purposive sampling dan terdapat 47 perusahaan yangmemenuhi kriteria sampel yang dibutuhkan. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwastrategi bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap income smoothing dan kepemilikan manajerial mampu memperlemah pengaruh strategi bisnis terhadap income smoothing. Namun, kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap income smoothing dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan kinerja keuangan terhadap income smoothing.

Suruhan leaves (Peperomia pellucida L.) are known to be rich in secondary metabolites including alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins and triterpenoid compounds that have potential as anti-acne so that they can be applied as active ingredients in gel preparations. The purpose of this study was to determine the best base for the formulation of an anti-acne gel preparation of suruhan leaf extract that was physically stable. The research method includes the extraction of suruhan leaves by maceration using 96% ethanol. The gel formulation was designed with variations of carbopol base, HPMC, and Na CMC with a concentration of 2%. Physical stability tests include organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, dispersion, viscosity and adhesion which were carried out before and after accelerated storage using a climatic chamber. The results of this study showed that the gel preparation of the ethanol extract of suruhan leaves using carbopol and HPMC bases produced a physically stable gel based on the results of organoleptic tests, homogeneity, pH, dispersibility, adhesion and viscosity, before and after accelerated storage.

This study aims to explore the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method on improving student learning outcomes in Civic Education subjects in grade IV of SD Negeri 09 Rangkang. The background of this study is the low student learning outcomes caused by the use of conventional learning methods that are less effective. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles, involving 30 students as subjects. Data were collected through observation, tests, and student worksheets. The results showed that the application of the CTL method can significantly increase student active participation and their learning outcomes. The average student score increased from 70 in cycle I to 85 in cycle II. In conclusion, the CTL method is effective in improving student learning outcomes and can be a good alternative for teachers in teaching complex materials. This study recommends that teachers apply the CTL method consistently to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. Thus, the CTL method can be a practical solution to the problem of low learning outcomes in elementary schools and help create a more interesting and interactive learning environment for students.

Etymologically, the word moral comes from the Latin mos, which means the customs that a person has towards the people around him. Meanwhile, the general meaning is the norms of life that are carried out in order to maintain the level of social order in life. Moral values in general are points related to good and bad behavior that guide a person's life. Therefore, this research was created to describe the moral values of "Desiree" the main character in the short story "Désirée's Baby" in 1893. Analysis of this journal emphasizes the moral message that the author wants to convey to readers through analysis of the story's characters. In this story the main character Desiree presents a series of complex and deep moral values. The aim of this research is to find out and understand what moral values are contained in the short story so that readers can emulate and learn from them for life.

Community Service (PKM) which is located in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency is one of the places where we served for approximately one and a half months. In the work program that we are implementing, the focus is more on preventing stunting that occurs in Lembang Tondon Langi'. Where this work program is one of the themes that has been determined by the campus, namely "Stunting Prevention". This work program aims to help stunting cadres and the community, especially mothers, in providing adequate nutrition for their children. The specific target of this program is to improve nutritional intake which is still not good in Lembang Tondon Langi'. This program also aims to reduce the potential for stunting in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. However, there is a problem encountered in Lembang Tondon Langi', Tondon District, North Toraja Regency, namely that there is no awareness among some communities about the importance of adequate nutritional intake for their children. The initial step taken in this activity is to design and organize activities related to stunting as well as carry out outreach to school children and the community.

Family economic pressure is a significant predictor of stress, anxiety, and depression in individuals and can affect family relationships as a whole. Factors such as poverty and unemployment are identified as the main causes of economic pressure, so appropriate interventions such as family counseling and economic assistance programs are crucial to help families develop effective coping skills and improve their well-being. This study uses a literature approach through books, articles, journals, and other previous research to examine the impact of economic pressure on the mental health of family members. The results show that family economic pressure has a significant impact on individual mental health and family relationships, and highlights the importance of appropriate interventions to reduce the negative impacts. The findings of this study have important implications for the development of policies and programs aimed at reducing the negative impacts of economic pressure on the mental health of family members.
