The subjects of this study were 39 students of SMAN 1 Krian in Sidoarjo Regency. This study used measurements of leg muscle strength with a foot dynamometer and a leg muscle strength measuring tool using a jump MD. In conclusion, leg muscle strength increased by 9.6% and strength increased by 4.76% from the pre-test and post-test results. So the conclusion of the results of this study is that the form of group 1 and group 2 training forms have an effect on leg muscle strength and leg muscle power, for greater effectiveness and influence, namely in group 1 with forward hops and plyo jacks training forms for muscle strength and leg power.
