This study aimed to analyse the impact of campus football programmes on youth development and to identify the influence of database utilisation, coaching quality, and training structure. A mixed-methods approach with an explanatory sequential design was employed. The sample consisted of 42 participants, including 20 students from the Beijing University Soccer Club, China, and 22 students from the University of Jakarta, Indonesia. Quantitative data were analysed using descriptive statistics, Independent Samples t-tests, One-Way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression, while qualitative data were analysed through data reduction and thematic interpretation. The findings showed that Chinese participants achieved significantly higher scores in physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development, as well as in database utilisation and coaching quality (p < 0.05). Coaching quality emerged as the strongest predictor of youth development (β = 0.41). The study highlights the importance of structured training systems, effective coaching, and technology integration in enhancing youth development through campus football programmes.
