This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, workload, and training on employee performance at the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office (DISPORAPAR) of Jombang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The population consisted of all 67 employees of DISPORAPAR Jombang Regency, with the sample determined using the saturated sampling (total sampling) technique, so that the entire population was used as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26, including instrument tests, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results show that transformational leadership and workload each have a partial effect on employee performance, while training has no partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, workload, and training have a significant effect on employee performance at DISPORAPAR Jombang Regency. These findings indicate that improving employee performance requires effective management of leadership and workload, as well as evaluation of training programs to better align them with employees' needs.
