This study aimed to develop and evaluate the feasibility of an inquiry learning-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) on the topic of work for eighth-grade students at SMP IT Nurul Qur’an Al Aziziyah. The study employed a research and development approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews and validation questionnaires involving material experts, media experts, teachers, and students. The collected data were analyzed descriptively by calculating the percentage of feasibility scores obtained from each evaluator. The results showed that the developed LKPD achieved a very high level of feasibility. The material expert validation obtained a score of 88.5%, while media expert validation reached 86.5%. Teacher assessment resulted in a feasibility score of 77%, and student responses reached 90.5%. The LKPD was developed in accordance with the stages of inquiry learning and incorporated contextual explanations, systematic learning activities, and visually appealing components appropriate for junior high school students. These findings indicate that the developed LKPD is feasible for use as an instructional resource in teaching the concept of work. Furthermore, its inquiry-oriented design provides opportunities to support student engagement, learning motivation, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding. The developed LKPD can therefore serve as an alternative instructional material for implementing inquiry-oriented science learning at the junior secondary level.
