Abstract : Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Stress and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance at the Perum Peruri Employee Cooperative. Methodology: This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. The study population comprised 45 employees, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (), partial (t-tests), and simultaneous (F-tests). Research Results: The results indicate that, partially, work stress does not have a significant effect on employee (), whereas Work-Life Balance exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on Employee Performance (). Simultaneously, Work Stress and Work-Life Balance significantly influence Employee Performance (). The coefficient of determination () of 0.563 indicates that the two independent variables account for 56.3% of the variance in Employee Performance, while the remaining 43.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Work-Life Balance represents the most dominant variable affecting Employee Performance.
