This Field Work Lecture (KKL) discusses the role of vendor administration in managing technical documentation and daily ATM reports. To meet customer transaction needs, ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) operate 24 hours a day. With the expansion of ATM networks throughout Indonesia, most banking institutions have decided to outsource technical management, maintenance, and supervision of these facilities to third-party service providers or vendors. This decision has been made by both bank management and vendors. Furthermore, the rapid development of information technology has also impacted ATM service management systems. The use of digital-based monitoring systems allows for faster and more accurate reporting, but still requires vendor administration to verify, manage data, and ensure compliance between system reports and actual conditions on the ground. With proper integration of technology and administration, the monitoring process is expected to be more effective and efficient. Furthermore, the role of vendor administration also contributes to improved coordination between banks and vendors. Structured communication and comprehensive documentation will facilitate performance evaluation, decision-making, and future service improvements. Therefore, the existence of vendor administration is not only administrative but also strategic in maintaining ATM services so that they remain optimal in meeting the established operational standards.
