Abstract

This Field Work Lecture (KKL) discusses the role of vendor administration in managing technical documentation and daily ATM reports. To meet customer transaction needs, ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) operate 24 hours a day. With the expansion of ATM networks throughout Indonesia, most banking institutions have decided to outsource technical management, maintenance, and supervision of these facilities to third-party service providers or vendors. This decision has been made by both bank management and vendors. Furthermore, the rapid development of information technology has also impacted ATM service management systems. The use of digital-based monitoring systems allows for faster and more accurate reporting, but still requires vendor administration to verify, manage data, and ensure compliance between system reports and actual conditions on the ground. With proper integration of technology and administration, the monitoring process is expected to be more effective and efficient. Furthermore, the role of vendor administration also contributes to improved coordination between banks and vendors. Structured communication and comprehensive documentation will facilitate performance evaluation, decision-making, and future service improvements. Therefore, the existence of vendor administration is not only administrative but also strategic in maintaining ATM services so that they remain optimal in meeting the established operational standards.

Abstract

Availability and timely distribution of essential medicines and medical supplies are critical factors in public healthcare quality. This study evaluated the operational management of drug distribution based on LPLPO (Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat) at UPTD Instalasi Farmasi Kesehatan (IFK) Surabaya City, which serves 63 public health centers (Puskesmas). The method used qualitative field observation, interviews, and operational data analysis during a one-month Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) program. The study identified main operational bottlenecks, including human error in data entry using the SIMBOK digital application, discrepancies between Surat Bukti Barang Keluar (SBBK) and physical items, and distribution schedule delays caused by late deliveries from central supplies. To address these issues, a strategic framework was established focusing on rigorous cross-checking protocols, regional route optimization (West, North, Central, South, and East Surabaya), routine fleet maintenance, and FEFO-based inventory control. Improving operational synchronization between IFK and local Puskesmas significantly enhances supply chain reliability and healthcare service efficiency.
