Tuberculosis (TB) remains a public health problem because it is easily transmitted and its treatment requires long-term adherence. At the Putri Ayu Community Health Center in Jambi City, the high number of TB cases and preliminary findings regarding limited knowledge, family support, and the role of medication adherence supervisors (PMO) indicate the need to assess factors related to medication adherence. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, family support, and the role of PMOs with medication adherence among patients with pulmonary TB at the Putri Ayu Community Health Center in Jambi City. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 274 patients with pulmonary TB from 2022 to 2024, with a sample of 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test with the aid of SPSS 25. The results showed a significant association between knowledge and medication adherence (p=0.027), family support and adherence (p=0.042), and the role of the PMO and adherence (p=0.039). Knowledge, family support, and the role of the PMO are significantly associated with medication adherence among patients with pulmonary TB. Improved education and strengthened family support, as well as the role of the PMO, are necessary to improve treatment adherence until completion.
