The persistent difficulty experienced by elementary school students in understanding fraction multiplication and division highlights the need for concrete and engaging instructional media. This study investigated whether the use of Mathematics Tumpeng Media significantly affects the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at State Elementary School 106156 Klumpang Kebun. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The study involved 40 students selected through saturated sampling, comprising 20 students in Class IV-A as the control group and 20 students in Class IV-B as the experimental group. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation, with multiple-choice pretests and posttests serving as the primary research instruments. Data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis tests with SPSS version 25. The results showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous, while hypothesis testing yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant effect. The findings demonstrate that Mathematics Tumpeng Media improves students’ learning outcomes while supporting greater participation, motivation, and conceptual understanding, thereby contributing to a more engaging and meaningful mathematics learning process.
