<![CDATA[Understanding the concept of human in Islam is an important issue and is a necessity in the implementation of Islamic Educational Counseling. Because without understanding humans as the subject of Counseling, it is impossible for the implementation of Islamic Educational Counseling to run in achieving its goals. Therefore, efforts are needed to uncover the true nature of humans from an Islamic perspective, so that with this understanding it can be used as a basis for implementing the Counseling process appropriately. In this study, the researcher conducted a library research method. For this reason, the researcher conducted a search for literature in the form of books, research results, and journals, both national and international, related to the topic being studied, namely examining general theories as a basis for finding the Concept of Human in Islam and its implications in Islamic Educational Counseling. Some of the implications are: 1). Because humans are creatures consisting of material and immaterial components, both must be balanced, 2). Human elements such as 'aql, fithrah, qalb, nafs, ruh and basyariah elements in the form of jasadiyah must of course be directed by Islamic Educational Counseling. 3). Positive human soul symptoms such as aflaha, wajilat, yakhsyallah, muthmainnah and so on must be optimized by Islamic Educational Counseling through its developmental role, while negative soul symptoms such as dha’if, jahul, hulu’, zhulum, kaffar, kanuud and so on must be repaired and restored by Islamic Educational Counseling through its curative role.]]>
