This study examines the effects of communication, trust, and coordination on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) effectiveness in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method and purposive sampling. The study targeted 150 respondents with direct experience or involvement in PPP projects, including government officials, private-sector representatives, and other relevant stakeholders. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire comprising 20 items measuring communication, trust, coordination, and PPP effectiveness using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The findings indicate that communication, trust, and coordination each have a positive and significant effect on PPP effectiveness. Coordination demonstrates the strongest relative influence, followed by trust and communication. Furthermore, the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect and explain 67.9% of the variance in PPP effectiveness. The study contributes an integrated relational perspective to PPP research and highlights the importance of strengthening communication, trust, and coordination to support effective PPP implementation and achieve project objectives.
