Forest and land fires are among the major environmental problems affecting air quality, ecosystems, public health, and the sustainability of natural resources in Riau Province, Indonesia. Controlling environmental pollution caused by forest and land fires requires an approach that extends beyond fire suppression by strengthening law enforcement, public governance, and corporate responsibility. This study aims to analyze the synergy among these three aspects in controlling environmental pollution caused by forest and land fires in Riau Province. A qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method was employed through a literature review and analysis of relevant policies, regulations, and fire management practices. The analysis focuses on law enforcement mechanisms against environmental offenders, the effectiveness of inter-agency coordination, and the implementation of corporate responsibility in environmental prevention and restoration. The findings indicate that effective environmental pollution control requires stronger institutional coordination, consistent law enforcement, risk-based environmental monitoring, and greater corporate responsibility for prevention and environmental restoration. Integrating these three dimensions is essential for establishing an effective, accountable, and sustainable governance framework for forest and land fire management in Riau Province
