This research aims to develop Android-based learning media for computer subjects as a more interactive, accessible, and relevant solution tailored to students' needs in the digital era. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The development of this application applies the Design Thinking framework (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test) by utilizing the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, UML modeling, and interface design through Figma. Furthermore, the system's structural reliability was evaluated using the White Box Testing method. The results show that the Android-based learning media application was successfully developed and integrated with the Firebase Firestore database to manage materials, quizzes, and evaluation results. Testing on 13 main features (including login/logout, material management, automatic score calculation, and PDF generation) achieved a perfect success rate. The implementation of this media is proven to facilitate students in understanding computer materials anytime and anywhere through visual displays, animations, and an interactive interface, thereby significantly increasing students' learning motivation.
