This study aims to examine the different roles of schools, families, and communities in shaping children’s learning experiences through formal, informal, and non-formal education. This study uses a library research method with a literature review approach. Data were obtained from relevant journals, books, research articles, and other academic sources, and were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that schools provide structured learning through curriculum and educational activities, families shape children’s habits, values, and character through daily life, while communities provide learning experiences through social interactions and various activities in the surrounding environment. These three environments have different roles but complement each other in supporting the development of children’s knowledge, skills, attitudes, and character. Therefore, cooperation between schools, families, and communities is needed to make children’s learning experiences broader, meaningful, and continuous.
