Limited farmer skills in processing agricultural waste and managing livestock businesses remain major constraints to improving productivity and the economic independence of beef cattle farmers. This community service program aimed to improve farmers’ skills through agricultural waste-based feed processing technology and agribusiness management development. The program was conducted in Minasa Baji Village, Maros Regency. The training covered the use of a chopper machine, fermentation techniques for agricultural waste such as rice straw and corn straw, financial record-keeping, marketing strategies, and strengthening farmer group institutions. The results showed an increase in farmers’ understanding of agricultural waste-based feed processing technology by 41.1% and agribusiness management by 37.5%. Farmers were also able to independently operate the chopper machine and process agricultural waste into feed using simple fermentation techniques. The program demonstrates that integrating feed technology innovation with agribusiness development can improve the knowledge, skills, and independence of beef cattle farmers.
