Pancasila Education plays an important role in shaping university students’ character in the digital era, which is marked by the widespread occurrence of hoaxes, hate speech, cyberbullying, and conflicts on social media. This article aims to analyze the meaning, position, objectives, and urgency of Pancasila learning in strengthening students’ character, particularly in higher education. The study employed a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach by examining relevant books, regulations, and previous research. The findings indicate that Pancasila learning contributes to fostering honesty, tolerance, discipline, responsibility, respect for diversity, as well as strengthening unity and nationalism. Pancasila values also serve as guidelines for students in using technology and social media wisely, critically, and responsibly. Therefore, Pancasila Education needs to be continuously strengthened through applicable learning so that students can consistently internalize Pancasila values in academic, social, family, and community life, while developing character relevant to the challenges of the digital era and Indonesian national life.
