Anemia is a common health problem among adolescents that can affect learning concentration, physical fitness, and productivity. Limited knowledge of anemia is one factor hindering prevention efforts among adolescents. This community service activity aimed to improve students' knowledge of anemia prevention through health education at SMP Negeri 11 Semarang City. The activity was conducted on February 10, 2026, involving 63 eighth-grade students using a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The methods included assessing baseline knowledge using a questionnaire, delivering educational materials through interactive lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and conducting a final evaluation. The results showed an increase in the mean knowledge score from 68.25 before education to 82.54 afterward, representing an improvement of 14.29 points. This increase indicates that health education has the potential to strengthen students' understanding of anemia's causes, symptoms, and prevention. This activity supports adolescent health literacy in schools and is expected to provide a foundation for sustainable anemia prevention behaviors through continued guidance and targeted educational activities.
