The Light Vehicle Engineering Teaching Factory (TEFA) unit at SMK Muhammadiyah Purwodadi holds significant potential as a vehicle service business, supported by adequate workshop facilities, certified instructors, and a strategic location. However, its operations remain conventional—characterized by manual record-keeping, a lack of integrated monitoring systems, and weaknesses in financial accountability and digital marketing—preventing it from functioning optimally as a profit center. This community service program aims to transform TEFA governance using the Science Digital Edupreneurship (SCIPRE) model, creating a business unit that is efficient, scientifically grounded, and accountable. The implementation method comprises five stages: (1) initiation and social engineering; (2) digital system development and SOP standardization; (3) human resource training (digital literacy, data-driven diagnostics, and edupreneurship); (4) operational trials with mentoring; and (5) evaluation and sustainability. Results indicate that the mentoring successfully enhanced the competence of TEFA managers, achieving inventory efficiency of ≥80%, a 15–20% reduction in waste, and a 20–30% increase in business unit revenue within one semester. Outputs include an IP-registered web/mobile-based workshop management application, an ISBN-registered training module, documentation videos, and a scientific article in an accredited journal. This program contributes to achieving SDGs 4 (Quality Education) and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) while strengthening the vocational workforce in pursuit of the "Golden Indonesia 2045" vision.
