This study aims to analyze the role of local collaboration and promotional digitalization in the revitalization of Tangga Batu Hot Spring Tourism in Rokan Hilir Regency. The research was motivated by the stagnant condition of the rural tourism destination caused by limited infrastructure, weak governance, and low tourism promotion. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving village government officials, tourism managers, local communities, business actors, and tourists. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the revitalization process was carried out through infrastructure improvement, tourism area arrangement, and the strengthening of collaborative governance involving the village government, local communities, and local business actors. In addition, social media played a significant role in expanding destination exposure through community-based digital content. The synergy between local collaboration and promotional digitalization contributed to increasing tourist visits, strengthening local economic activities, and supporting the sustainability of rural tourism management. This study emphasizes that rural tourism development requires the integration of collaborative governance and digital transformation in a sustainable manner.
