<![CDATA[The target participants for the community service program are young men and women who are members of the Pokdarwis, MSME activists. The problem is a need for more understanding and the ability to guide tours, which is one of the supporting factors for tourists visiting. The approach to implementing the service program uses the Community-based participatory research (CBPR) method. The results obtained are that participants (1) gain knowledge and understanding of the tour guide profession; (2) participants can practice the simulation of being a tour guide by giving greetings, introducing themselves, and explaining tourist attractions in simple terms.
