This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of PKK women in Padangtegal Village, Ubud, Gianyar in adopting healthy lifestyles through local herbal-based detox beverages, while fostering micro-enterprise opportunities. The main challenges include limited health literacy, lack of technical skills, and minimal knowledge of basic business management. The program applied a participatory approach through education, demonstrations, hands-on training, and entrepreneurship and marketing strengthening. The results show a significant improvement, with average scores increasing from 50–58 (pre-test) to 87–93 (post-test). Participants successfully produced various detox drinks such as Detox Lemon Ginger, Lemongrass Lime Infused Water, Turmeric Tamarind Drink, and Cucumber Mint Detox Drink. Additionally, participants showed increased interest in developing home-based businesses. This program demonstrates that local resource-based empowerment effectively improves community health and economic independence while supporting sustainable tourism.
