<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of educator and education personnel management at SDIT Nurussalam Labuh Baru Timur Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The subjects of the study consisted of the principal, educators, and the foundation, while the object of the study was the management of educators which included planning, recruitment, selection, placement, development, and evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of educator management at SDIT Nurussalam Labuh Baru Timur Pekanbaru has met the basic procedures for educator management, but there are still several obstacles, such as the incompatibility of the teacher's educational background with the field being taught, lack of transparency in recruitment, and performance evaluation that has not been maximized. Although there have been efforts to improve through periodic training and internal evaluation, the educator management system still needs improvement to be more effective in improving the quality of education]]>
