This study aims to analyze the establishment process, management, as well as the challenges and strengths faced by Amsterdam Institute, a non-formal educational institution founded in 2016 in Makassar, Indonesia. The institution aims to provide high-quality education with international standards by combining modern teaching methods and practical experience. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews involving the management and teaching staff of Amsterdam Institute. The findings indicate that although the institution faces various challenges, such as intense competition and a limited number of competent instructors, Amsterdam Institute has managed to overcome these obstacles with a well-thought-out strategy, including the use of technology in learning, regular training for instructors, and strategic location selection. Furthermore, the institution's success is also driven by its commitment to providing facilities that support comfortable and effective learning. While the government's role in the management of Amsterdam Institute is limited to administrative aspects, the support from the government in terms of licensing and non-formal education training has contributed to the sustainability of the institution. This study described a new perspective in integrating technology with the quality management strategies in a learning center based on Indonesian informal education context.
