This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of curriculum management and administration at SMA Negeri 8 Banjarmasin within the framework of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka). Employing a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, this research addresses a gap in previous studies that often discuss curriculum management in general but rarely highlight the integration of digital administration and teacher adaptation in secondary schools. The findings indicate that curriculum management is conducted in a wellplanned, collaborative, and adaptive manner, supported by a curriculum development team and proportional task distribution. Curriculum implementation applies blended learning and character-based approaches, while administration is digitally managed through the school website, Google Drive, e-report system, and Dapodik. The main challenge lies in technology adaptation among senior teachers, which is mitigated through training and mentoring. This study contributes theoretically by reinforcing the role of participatory and digital-based curriculum management in the Independent Curriculum framework, and practically by offering strategies to strengthen teacher readiness and administrative efficiency in secondary education
