Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character based on moral and spiritual values. However, educational management in many Islamic educational institutions still tends to focus on administrative and academic aspects, resulting in the suboptimal integration of Qur’anic values into educational management practices. This study aims to analyze and develop a Qur’anic value-based Islamic education management model for student character formation. The study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method by examining relevant literature on Islamic educational management and Qur’anic values. The findings reveal that key Qur’anic values, including honesty, trustworthiness (amanah), responsibility, discipline, and justice, can be integrated into the core functions of educational management, namely planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. These values are reflected not only in the curriculum but also in school culture, educational leadership, and teacher–student interactions. The implementation of this model strengthens the development of students who are religious, morally upright, and socially responsible. The implications of this study indicate that Qur’anic value-based educational management can serve as a strategic framework for Islamic educational institutions in developing holistic educational systems, strengthening character-oriented school cultures, and improving leadership and governance practices that support student character development. Furthermore, this study contributes conceptually to the advancement of sustainable Islamic education management models grounded in Qur’anic values
