This study was motivated by the importance of administrative order in managing incoming and outgoing mail archives to improve the quality of administrative services in educational institutions. The study aimed to describe the implementation of archive management for incoming and outgoing mail and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Ma’arif Numbay Jayapura. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involved data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The findings revealed that archive management was implemented through several stages, including recording, storing, maintaining, and supervising incoming and outgoing mail archives, both manually and digitally. Systematic archive management contributed to the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative services in the madrasa. Supporting factors included the principal’s support and the experience of administrative staff, while inhibiting factors consisted of limited administrative personnel, inadequate archive storage facilities, and flood-prone environmental conditions that could potentially damage archival documents. This study implies the importance of strengthening modern archive management systems to improve the quality of administrative services in educational institutions
