This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ratib al-Athos habituation in strengthening students’ akhlakul karimah at MDTU Darul Rizki Ciambar Sukabumi. The main issue addressed is the declining moral behavior among students and the need for effective Islamic character-building strategies through spiritual habituation. This research employs a qualitative field research method with a narrative approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with the headmaster, teachers, and students, as well as documentation. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Ratib al-Athos is conducted routinely every Friday as part of the madrasah’s religious culture. The practice contributes significantly to students’ moral development, reflected in increased religiosity, discipline, calmness, obedience to teachers, and habitual remembrance of God. Supporting factors include strong institutional commitment, teacher involvement, and a conducive religious environment, while the main obstacle is the limited ability of lower-grade students to fully participate. In conclusion, the habituation of Ratib al-Athos is effective in strengthening Islamic character through continuous practice and role modeling within the madrasah environment
