Work readiness is one of the main factors that must be possessed by vocational graduates to enter the world of work. Based on BPS data, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in February 2022 has the highest number of SMK graduates among other levels of education, namely 10.38%. This indicates a lack of work readiness of SMK students. the purpose of this study was to examine the role of industrial work practices in moderating the effect of ICT skill, vocational competence and soft skill on work readiness. This research approach is quantitative. The population in this study were 268 class XII students of SMKs throughout Sragen Regency, the Accounting and Financial Institutions expertise program for the 2022/2023 academic year. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling and the number of samples is 160 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis performed by descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderated Regression analysis with analysis tools software SPSS Statistic 23. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant variable effect of ICT skill and soft skill on work readiness. Vocational competence has a negative and significant effect on work readiness. This study also shows that industrial work practices can moderate the effect of vocational competence on work readiness. On the other hand, this research cannot find any role of industrial work practices in moderating the effect of ICT skill and soft skill on work readiness.
