<![CDATA[This research aimed to produce learning material in the form of Biotechnological subject support textbook based on research of techniques and steps to reveal Costus speciosus Smith. leaf extract potency to the mice spermatozoa motility and phosphorylation activity for university student taking Biotechnological subject. This research was developing research. The research and developing model used was ADDIE developing model. ADDIE model used five developing steps, included of analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The developing research data was textbook validity percentage from validation and opinion sheet obtained from tests result by material expert, media expert, and individual test by university student. The textbook validation result from test subject could be declared that it was very worthy and very valid so it was worthy to be used in Biotechnological subject.]]>
