In the era of rapid digital disruption and heightened global market volatility, the urgent need for contemporary enterprise organizations to realign internal structures and strategic executive capabilities serves as a critical imperative for sustaining long term competitive advantage. This research aims to empirically examine and analyze the influence of organizational transformation and managerial capabilities on overall corporate business performance, positioning integrated digital strategy as a key mediating variable. To evaluate the proposed conceptual framework, a quantitative explanatory research design was employed by distributing structured survey questionnaires to 210 senior and middle managers operating across the manufacturing and service sectors in Indonesia, with primary data systematically analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The empirical findings confirm that both organizational transformation and managerial capabilities exert a statistically significant positive effect on business performance, operating through direct path ways as well as indirect channels driven by an integrated digital strategy. Furthermore, an integrated digital framework effectively amplifies managerial capability in executing structural realignments efficiently, adaptively, and strategically. Overall, this study highlights that achieving sustainable corporate performance enhancement cannot rely solely on isolated technology adoptions rather, it demands a holistic synergy among strategic leadership vision, organizational structural agility, and well aligned digital strategy initiatives to drive corporate resilience within contemporary business ecosystems.
