This study examines the influence of individual characteristics, work experience, and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar, Masamba Branch. A quantitative approach with an explanatory correlational design was employed. The population consisted of all employees at the branch, with 36 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire adapted from previous studies and analyzed using multiple linear regression, including classical assumption tests, partial and simultaneous significance tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that individual characteristics have a positive but statistically insignificant effect on employee performance, whereas work experience and work environment have positive and statistically significant effects. Collectively, the three independent variables significantly affect employee performance. These findings suggest that work experience and work environment are important factors in supporting employee performance, while individual characteristics do not have a statistically significant direct effect in this study. However, the small sample size and the focus on a single branch limit the generalizability of the findings. The study highlights the importance of strengthening work experience through training and mentoring and fostering a conducive work environment to improve employee performance in the banking sector.
