This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Usefulness and Brand Trust on the Usage Decision of the LinkAja e-wallet application in Depok City. The background of this research is driven by the fierce competition in the financial technology industry and the phenomenon of LinkAja's declining competitiveness. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. Primary data were collected from 100 LinkAja consumer respondents in the Depok City area, selected using a non-probability sampling technique with an incidental sampling approach. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 software. The results indicate that both Perceived Usefulness, representing the functional aspect, and Brand Trust, as the psychological aspect, have a positive and significant effect on the Usage Decision, both partially and simultaneously. These findings provide managerial implications for the company to develop strategies focusing on improving transaction system stability and strengthening brand security transparency to encourage sustainable usage decisions by consumers.
