Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the right marketing strategy in increasing the sales volume of Peureulak Cellphone Garden. The method in this research is descriptive, namely comparing the theory as a standard with the facts in the field by experts and the analytical tools used SWOT analysis is comparing the external factors Opportunities and Threats with internal factors Strengths and weaknesses. . Sales developments from January to December 2021 were very volatile, starting from Rp. 5,000 credits to Rp. 100,000 credits, where on average, Rp. 5,000 credits were sold 55,267 pieces, Rp. 10,000 pulses were sold 44,559 sheets, Rp. 20,000 pulses were sold 2,734 sheets, pulses of Rp. Rp 25,000 sold 199 sheets, Rp 50,000 credits were sold 945 sheets and Rp 100,000 credits were sold 280 pieces with a total price of Rp 10,281,705,000, on an average per month it was Rp 856,808,750. The results of the strength research have a total score of 1.56 while the weakness of the total score is 1.27 and so is the Efas Analysis factor which has a total score of 1.65 and the threat factor with a total score of 1.17 and the results of the scores of these four factors. after being analyzed through a SWOT diagram which consists of four quadrants, namely: Quadrant I Grout Strategy, Quadrant II Turn Aroaund, Quadrant III Diversification and Quadrant IV Diverse.

Abstract

Revolving funds are a form of government intervention in the economic field in order to improve justice. One of the characteristics of revolving funds is that these funds are channeled to the community/community groups, charged back with or without added value, and re-rolled back to the community/community groups or known as revolving funds. The purpose of the Management of Activities of Revolving Fund Management System Office of the Secretariat of the Inter- gambling Cooperation Agency (BKAG) and the Unit (UPK) of Ranto Peureulak District The research method is a qualitative approach. This qualitative approach is used in order to obtain descriptive data in the form of written words from people or samples used as respondents. the results of practical work that have been described in previous chapters, the authors can draw a conclusion from the Evaluation of the Revolving fund management system at the secretariat office of the Inter-gambling Cooperation Agency (BKAG) and the Activity Management Unit (UPK) of Ranto Peureulak District, which is very useful for the sub-district community Ranto Peurelak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Procedure for Supervision of the Traffic of Goods at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Type C Langsa Customs and to find out the obstacles in supervising the Traffic of Goods in the Langsa City Region, East Aceh Regency and Tamiang Regency by the Customs Supervision and Service Office. And Customs Intermediate Excise C Langsa. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data collected was processed and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research informants in this study consisted of 4 employees from the Customs and Excise Office of Middle Type Customs C Langsa and 2 people from the community. From the results of the study, it was concluded that: First, the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Intermediate Customs Type C Langsa has carried out the procedures for controlling goods in accordance with the provisions of Customs and Excise in the Langsa City area to the maximum. However, the implementation has not been optimal because there are still factors that hinder the implementation of the supervision. Second, the size of the customs area under the authority of the KPPBC TMP C Langsa supervision area is not proportional to the number of employees or apparatus owned by KPPBC TMP C Langsa. With a total of 45 employees and officers, they have not been able to reach the specified supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedures for managing imported goods at the Customs Control and Customs Service Office of Intermediate Customs Type C Langsa, Langsa City, which is carried out in the area of the Customs Intermediate Customs Service and Supervision Office of Customs C Langsa, Langsa City with empirical legal research. Data collection techniques are carried out through Field Research (Field Research) where data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies to related parties at the Customs Supervision and Customs Service Office Type C Langsa Customs, Langsa City so that get accurate data. The data obtained from both primary law and secondary legal materials were analyzed qualitatively and then presented descriptively. The results of the study, in the implementation of the procedure for import activities at the Customs Service and Supervision Office of Customs Type C Langsa, Langsa City, showed that import activities had increased from year to year. The import procedure in Langsa has been stipulated by the government, imports are a concern in spurring economic growth along with the change in the industrialization strategy from an emphasis on import substitution industries to export promotion industries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism for opening Seulanga Ib savings and marketing strategies at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Lhok Nibong. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out through Field Research with direct observation and interview methods on the target object, namely Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Lhok Nibong, Pante Bidari District, East Aceh Regency in order to obtain data that was in accordance with actual conditions in the field. The data obtained are presented descriptively. The results obtained by K from this study are that there is a mechanism for opening a Seulanga iB savings account, the conditions that must be attached and the conditions for opening a Seulanga iB savings account, including: 1) Submit a photocopy of a valid identity card such as an ID card or driver's license. 2) Fill in the font of the Seulanga iB savings form. 3) The initial deposit for opening a Seulanga Savings account is IDR 100,000 (one million rupiah) for the next deposit, a minimum of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). The marketing strategy carried out by PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Lhok Nibong in marketing the Seulanga iB Savings product is carried out in various ways including: a) Direct Selling, b) Cross Selling, c) Open Table, d) Advertising, and e) Sales Promotion.

Abstract

Rural development in its implementation receives funds from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is called the Allocation of Village Funds and the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is called the Village Fund. The characteristics of village development have a multidimensional nature concerning all aspects of community life in the village. The data analysis used was an analysis technique that was carried out throughout the research since the data collection began, data analysis was carried out continuously until the research report was prepared. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the government of Gampong Alue Naga, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh had carried out a planning process in the context of managing gampong development as outlined in the Gampong Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMG) and in the Gampong Government Work Plan (RKPG) which became a reference in structuring the Budget. Gampong Income and Expenditure (APBG) using the Village Fund which is planned to involve the village community as a whole. In the process of organizing the gampong government formed an Activity Management Team (TPK) in managing village funds, involving all Human Resources (HR) owned in Alue Naga village, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh. In the process of carrying out the development, the village government of Alue Naga involves workers from the community in general, and according to their respective expertise so that the work of development activities is carried out in accordance with the plans set out in the APBG.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence between Promotion on the Umrah Pilgrims' Decision of the Elhanief Tour and Travel Banda Aceh Company. Primary data comes from questionnaires filled out by Umrah pilgrims as a sample of 96 people. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the variable Y = 11.489 + 0.511X indicates that a constant of 11.489 is the value of the Promotion variable when the Decision variable is zero, or it can be interpreted that if the Promotion variable value is increased by 1 then the Decision variable value increases or increases by 0.511, this shows that the value of the Promotion variable has a positive effect on the Decision variable of 0.511. The results of testing the correlation coefficient (relationship between variables) with symbols obtained R of 0.628 indicating a strong relationship between variables (Promotion and Decisions), while the value of the coefficient of determination or R2 is 0.394, indicating that the effect of the Promotion variable on the Decision variable is 0.394 or if it is percentaged 39.4%, and the remaining 60.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, namely product quality, price and service quality. While the results of testing the hypothesis with the t test obtained tcount > ttable or 7.819 > 1.985 and tsig <5% or 0.00 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis is suspected that promotion influences the decisions of Umrah pilgrims at the Elhanief Tour and Travel company in Banda Aceh City is accepted, and it is suggested to the company to increase promotion again and increase its promotional media so that consumers, especially prospective Umrah pilgrims, are more interested in using the company as an organizer of Umrah trips in future.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence Brand Loyalty to consumers of California Fried Chicken or known as CFC in Langsa City. The sample in this study were consumers totaling 88 respondents. Primary data from the questionnaire results, then the data is tabulated with a Likert scale, analyzed with multiple linear regression equipment, hypothesis testing with t test, F test, correlation coefficient testing, and determination testing. Based on the research results obtained Y = 7.089 + 0.251 (Product Quality) + 0.283 (Service Quality) + 0.202 (Promotion) + 0.233 (Price). The constant coefficient of 7.089 is the value of the dependent variable (Brand Loyalty) if the value of the independent variable is constant (fixed) or has a value of zero. This shows that the dependent variable (Brand Loyalty) is influenced by the independent variable (Product Quality, Service Quality, Promotion, Price) of 7,089. The correlation coefficient value which is symbolized by R is 0.690 which can be equated with the relationship of the independent variable which is classified as strong towards the dependent variable, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.476, indicating that the independent variable influences the dependent variable (Brand Loyalty) of 0.476 or if it is percentaged 47.6% and the remaining 52.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of hypothesis testing (t test and F test) obtained the significance level of the independent variable with Service Quality Factor (X1) 3.000 > 2.633 and 0.04 <0.05, Service Quality Factor (X2) 3.972 > 2.633 and 0.00 <0. 05, Promotion Factor (X3) 3.292 > 2.633 and 0.01 < 0.05, and Price Factor (X4) 4.023 > 2.633 and 0.00 < 0.05. This shows that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Thus the hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the personnel management system, in particular the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) and the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. The Government Personnel System is for the smooth running of organizational tasks and becomes a supporting element for the implementation of the functions of the management of an organization, the existence and smoothness of administrative activities. Utilization of information technology can produce efficiency in various aspects of information management as indicated by the speed and timeliness of processing, as well as the accuracy and correctness of the information (validity) produced. The benefit of recording Personnel data is as a means to store personnel data systematically, making it easier to retrieve if needed. Personnel data is processed into staffing information, which is very necessary for employee development materials. Personnel management, both managerial and technical-administrative in nature, is always related to data, in the form of printed or electronic data.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the East Aceh Fire Department with 70 employees as samples. The results of distributing the questionnaires to the sample are used as primary data, then the results of the questionnaire are tabulated, then analyzed using simple linear regression equipment, and testing is carried out by testing the hypothesis t test, testing the correlation coefficient and testing the coefficient of determination. Incentives are additional remuneration received for certain employees whose achievements are above the standard performance. While Job Satisfaction job satisfaction is a feeling that supports or does not support the employee himself related to his work or with his condition. Based on the results of simple linear regression, Y = 5.979 + 0.747X. A constant of 5.979 is the value of the Incentive variable when the Job Satisfaction variable is zero, or if the Incentive variable value is increased by 1 then the Job Satisfaction variable value increases by 5.979. While the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.784 which means the relationship between variables is strong, and the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.615 indicating that the Incentive variable can affect the Job Satisfaction variable by 0.615 or 61.5% and the remaining 38.5% is influenced by the variable others that were not examined in this study. Then the results of hypothesis testing (t test) obtained tcount > ttable or 10.419 > 1.994 and tsig <5% or 0.00 <0.05 which can be stated that incentives affect job satisfaction of East Aceh Fire Department employees.
