Teacher creativity is one of the key factors in determining the success of the learning process in the classroom. This study aims to examine in depth the contribution of teacher creativity to improving the quality of learning through a literature review approach based on various sources, including scientific journal articles, books, and relevant academic publications. The analysis was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method by identifying, comparing, and synthesizing findings from previous studies. The results of the review indicate that teacher creativity has a positive impact on increasing students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, teacher creativity supports the integration of educational technology, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, and the creation of a conducive, interactive, and inclusive learning environment. Teachers who are able to think creatively tend to produce more varied, interactive, and relevant learning processes that meet the needs of today’s learners. Therefore, teacher creativity can be considered a strategic factor in creating effective and high-quality learning.
