Pregnancy causes physiological and psychological changes that often lead to discomfort such as back pain, leg cramps, sleep disturbance, and anxiety, especially in the second and third trimesters. Prenatal yoga is a non-pharmacological intervention that combines breathing techniques, gentle movement, and relaxation to help reduce these complaints. This community service activity aimed to increase pregnant women's knowledge about prenatal yoga as a complementary approach to reducing pregnancy discomfort. The activity was conducted on 18 June 2026 at the Complementary Laboratory of STIKes Medistra Indonesia, involving 15 pregnant women in their second and third trimesters from the working area of Puskesmas Sepanjang Jaya, Bekasi. The method used a one-group pre-test post-test design, consisting of a health screening, a knowledge pre-test, health education using a PowerPoint presentation, demonstration and practice of prenatal yoga movements, discussion, and a post-test. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS. The results showed an increase in the mean knowledge score from 72.67 (pre-test) to 84.00 (post-test), an increase of 11.33 points. The proportion of participants with a "good" knowledge category rose from 40.0% (6 people) to 66.7% (10 people), while the "less" category decreased from 6.7% to 0%. These findings indicate that health education combined with prenatal yoga practice effectively improved pregnant women's knowledge of managing pregnancy-related discomfort.
