Lawallu Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), located in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi, is a community-based economic institution with strong social capital, yet it still faces limited digital leadership capacity in managing services, administration, and data-based decision-making. Most service processes remain manual, archives are not yet digitized, and internal communication lacks standardization. This community service program aimed to strengthen the digital leadership capacity of the cooperative's management board and key members through flexible, self-paced web-based learning. The implementation method applied a Community Development approach comprising five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability, carried out over eight months and involving 30 management board members and key participants. The results show the establishment of a digital service Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), transaction document templates, and a digital archiving system that has been consistently applied. In the business management aspect, a web-based digital leadership learning platform comprising six modules was developed, with more than 80% of participants completing the modules and passing the evaluation. Pre-test and post-test results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding in both program aspects. This activity contributes to strengthening the transparency, accountability, and service efficiency of the cooperative and can be replicated in other village unit cooperatives with similar characteristics.
