Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa dalam menunjang daya saing perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Mahasiswa yang berkonstribusi sebanyak 7 orang dengan berbeda latar belakang daerah seperti Aceh, Kalimantan, ternate, dan Papua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pre test, penyajian materi pelatihan dan post test telah memberikan hasil yang baik. Hal ini terbukti bahwa manuskrip/artikel yang dibuat telah dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional, konferensi nasional dan internasional. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Publikasi Ilmiah, Daya Saing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Computer Use at the Makassar State Administrative Court. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was 54 people from the Makassar State Administrative Court. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are percentage analysis in the frequency table. The results showed that the Effectiveness of Computer Use in the Makassar State Administrative Court was in the Effective category, in terms of indicator 1) The success of the program with a percentage of 87.38% was in the effective category, 2) The success of the target with a percentage of 87.04% was in the category effective, 3) Satisfaction with the program with a percentage of 85.88% in the effective category, 4) The level of input and output with a percentage of 89.81 is in the effective category, and 5) Achievement of the overall goal with a percentage of 86.92% is in the effective category.

Abstract

Service is the process of fulfilling needs through other people's activities directly by becoming one of the indicators of government success towards the level of community satisfaction. This study aims to determine and describe the quality of driving permit services at the Palu Police Station. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research, in which this study attempts to reveal facts that are accurate and factually systematically about the service of a driver's license at the Palu Police station. This study uses the theory of Parasuraman, Zeithmal and Berry with indicators of direct evidence of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research which includes observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of determining the informants in this study using purposive. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, in general the officers making SIM in the Palu Sat Satas office are relatively fast and precise in providing information, and also in terms of the guarantee of the Palu police SIM management officers very maintaining public trust by not accepting bribery efforts in any form because rules for lawbreakers have been regulated in accordance with the article, although there are still a number of things that need to be addressed by the Palu Traffic Police Unit, such as the lack of instructions or in terms of direct evidence which says the buildings used are small.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the application of the Transformational Leadership Style at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (Indonesia: Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional / BKKBN) in South Sulawesi Province. The design of this research is quantitative descriptive research. Researchers took 35% of the population of 110 people using random sampling techniques, so the research sample numbered 38 people. Techniques for getting data are: observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show that the application of the Transformational Leadership Style runs well seen from various indicators namely: Charismatic, Intellectual, Stimulation, and Individual Consideration.

Abstract

Public services are implemented to provide satisfaction for service users whose implementation requires the principles of service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 8 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City, is in the quite effective category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research that service procedures are in the effective category, employee discipline is in the effective category, fairness of service delivery is in the quite effective category, the reasonableness of cost is set effectively, service convenience is in the quite effective category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effectiveness of the UPTD PBB-P2 in the effort to maximize the income of the Land and Building Tax in 2018 in West Aceh Regency, as well as what are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of UPTD PBB-P2 in West Aceh Regency in in an effort to maximize the 2018 Land and Building Tax income in West Aceh Regency. The theory used in this research is the Effectiveness Theory. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach to describe and describe the phenomena that exist at the study site. Data collection techniques carried out by means of interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis in this study uses four components consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of  UPTD PBB-P2 West Aceh Regency in the effort of maximizing the income of the Land and Building Tax for Rural and Urban 2018 in West Aceh District had been going well and effectively, because of all the effectiveness indicators used theory to answer the results of field research has been implemented  well.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut 1) mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran sejarah melalui metode karyawisata sebagai penanaman nilai-nilai kebangsaan, 2) mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran sejarah melalui metode karyawisata dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan, 3) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran sejarah melalui metode karyawisata dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian dengan subjek siswa kelas XII IPS SMA N 14 Semarang sebanyak 30 siswa dilakukan treatment berupa pembelajaran sejarah dengan metode Studi Karyawisata ke Museum Perjuangan Kodam IV/Diponegoro Mandala Bhakti Semarang. Variabel yang diteliti adalah: 1) nilai kebangsaan yang terdiri dari 21 aspek, yang diukur melalui kuesioner. 2) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran diukur dengan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test, uji gain dan uji mean dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Penanaman nilai-nilai kebangsaan dalam proses pembelajaran melalui metode karyawisata dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu: 1) diskusi materi di kelas, 2) melakukan kunjungan ke museum, 3) diskusi hasil kunjungan dan pembuatan laporan. Proses pembelajaran tersebut efektif meningkatkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan (p = 0,000). Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran tergolong sangat tinggi. The purpose of this research are as follows; 1) describing the proses of learning History through Study Tour Method as a teaching of nationality values, 2) finding out the effectiveness of learning History through Study Tour Method in improving the nationality values, 3) finding out the students response towards the proses of learning History through Study Tour Method in improving the nationality values. This research subject are the students of SMA N 14 Semarang Social Program grade XII, there were 30 students being given treatment in a form of Study Tour to the Kodam IV/Diponegoro Mandala Bhakti Museum Semarang. The variable of this research are; 1) nationality values consist of 21 aspects, measured by using questionnaire 2) students response towards the learning process, also measured by using questionnaire. The data gathered were analyzed using paired sample t-test, gain test and mean test with 5% of significance rate. The teaching of nationality values in the learning process through Study Tour method was carried out in three stages, they are: 1) discussing the materials in the classroom, 2) visiting the museum, 3) discussing the visit and making the report. The teaching method is effective in improving nationality values (p = 0,000). The students respon towards the teaching method is considered to be high.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru, kualitas proses pembelajaran, dan pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran pada Paket Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menunjukkan hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner (angket), dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan persentase, rata-rata (mean), dan standar deviasi serta untuk analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji normalitas data, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru pada Paket Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep berada pada kategori baik ditinjau dari segi indikator menguasai landasan pendidikan, menguasai bahan pengajaran, menyusun program pengajaran, dan menilai hasil dan proses pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan. Kualitas proses pembelajaran pada Paket Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep berada pada kategori baik ditinjau dari segi indikator strategi pembelajaran aktif, model pembelajaran yang inovatif, pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar, pembelajaran yang kreatif, pembelajaran yang efektif, dan pembelajaran yang menarik. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Proses Pembelajaran pada Paket Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep. Dari hasil analisis korelasi product moment dinyatakan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Kompetensi Profesional Guru terhadap Kualitas Proses Pembelajaran pada Paket Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Profesional Guru, Kualitas Proses Pembelajaran

Abstract

MTs Muhammadiyah Srumbung is a school with strong Islamic teachings. Character education is delivered through two stages, namely the classroom culture and the culture of the school environment. This article aims to 1) Know the implementation of character education in social studies learning, 2) Know the students' responses to the implementation of character education in social studies learning, 3) Know the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of character education in social studies learning. The results of the study found that 1) Implementation of character education in social studies learning through classroom culture and school environment. Class culture goes through the planning, learning, and evaluation process, while school culture is through habituation and extracurricular activities in schools, 2) The response of students to the implementation of character education is positive, 3) The inhibiting and supporting factors are school (teachers and students), parents and the environment.

Abstract

Technology Management is used to adapt to changing environmental conditions and technological advances and to create current transformations. Based on dynamic capability theory, this paper considers technology management as capability and measures it through the technology adoption capability maturity model to investigate the relationship between technology management practice and performance. Findings from empirical studies confirm that technology management in particular technology adoption is an important source of competitive advantage and contributes to the success of an online learning process in a positive way. The learning model presented by the lecturer in learning each material with all students uses online without any face-to-face activities. At the level of success, the lecturer felt that the learning he had done during the last few days was mostly only around 45% - 50% of the total material that had been explained  The negative impact felt by students is the ineffectiveness of online learning methods because lecturers and students cannot discuss actively and are constrained by time constraints on several online learning applications. addition, students feel less free to ask lecturers about materials that are not understood because they are only limited by typing WhatsApp group conversations, the quota runs out, and the number of assignments given to students is the most noticeable obstacle.
