This study aims to reconstruct a vision of revelation-based Islamic education through the integration of the values of mutqin and adab in Surah Al-Jumu‘ah, verse 2, and Surah Luqman, verses 12–19. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research and thematic exegesis (tafsir maudhu‘i). Data were analyzed by identifying educational content in both sets of verses, grouping themes, and conducting conceptual synthesis to explain the relationship between prophetic education, the cultivation of adab, and the orientation toward quality in education. The results of the study indicate that Surah Al-Jumu‘ah, verse 2, emphasizes three functions of prophetic education: tilāwah al-āyāt, tazkiyah, and ta‘līm al-kitāb wa al-ḥikmah, which integrate the development of knowledge, spiritual cultivation, and character formation. Meanwhile, Surah Luqman, verses 12–19, emphasizes the instillation of the values of tawhid, gratitude, moral responsibility, worship, patience, social concern, and ethics in interpersonal interactions as the foundation of adab education. The integration of these two sets of verses establishes mutqin as the quality-oriented focus of the educational process encompassing diligence, precision, consistency, and responsibility while adab serves as the ethical framework for acquiring and applying knowledge. This study concludes that a revelation-based vision of Islamic education must be directed toward the development of individuals who are not only intellectually outstanding but also possess spiritual depth, moral maturity, and social responsibility
